These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Southern Glow I.V. website, online booking tools, communications, mobile IV hydration and wellness services, event services, and any related services offered by Southern Glow IV, LLC, doing business as Southern Glow I.V. By accessing our website, submitting information, booking an appointment, purchasing services, communicating with us, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our website, submit information, book services, or receive services from Southern Glow I.V.

1. About Southern Glow I.V.

Southern Glow I.V. provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services. Services may include hydration support, vitamin and nutrient-based wellness infusions, injections, telehealth review, mobile appointments, event services, and related wellness support.

Southern Glow I.V. is a mobile service. Services may be provided at homes, offices, hotels, private events, approved business locations, or other locations accepted by Southern Glow I.V.

All services are subject to availability, clinical review, client eligibility, provider discretion, service area, scheduling, and applicable law.

2. Required Clinical Flow Before Infusion, Injection, or IV Therapy

Southern Glow I.V. does not provide automatic, menu-based IV therapy. Every requested infusion, injection, IV hydration service, vitamin/nutrient therapy, medication, or related wellness service requires clinical review before services are provided.

The required clinical flow is generally as follows:

  • Client requests or books a service;

  • Client completes required intake, health history, eligibility, and consent forms;

  • Client participates in required telehealth or clinical review with an authorized licensed clinician, which may include a Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse;

  • The authorized clinician reviews the client information, contraindications, symptoms, medications, allergies, and service request;

  • The authorized clinician determines whether the requested service is clinically appropriate, should be modified, should be postponed, or should be declined;

  • If appropriate, an individualized order or clinical approval is issued before service is provided;

  • Licensed clinical staff administer services only after required review, approval, and order requirements are satisfied.

Booking an appointment, selecting a service online, paying a deposit, or requesting a specific drip does not guarantee that the requested service will be provided. The final decision rests with the authorized reviewing clinician based on clinical judgment, safety, applicable law, and the information available at the time of review.

3. Clinical Review, Telehealth Evaluation, Individualized Orders, and Eligibility

Before receiving any infusion, injection, IV hydration, vitamin/nutrient therapy, medication, or related wellness service from Southern Glow I.V., you must complete all required intake forms, health screening questions, medical history disclosures, consent forms, and eligibility review requirements.

Southern Glow I.V. requires a clinical review before services are provided. This review may include a telehealth evaluation, review of your medical history, medication and allergy review, current symptom screening, vital sign review, contraindication screening, and a determination of whether the requested service is clinically appropriate for you.

All services are subject to clinical review and approval. Southern Glow I.V. may require you to complete intake forms, answer health screening questions, provide relevant medical history, list medications, disclose allergies, identify current symptoms, provide contact information, and complete a telehealth or clinical review before receiving services.

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. You understand that inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information may increase risk and may result in denial, delay, cancellation, or modification of services.

A booked appointment does not guarantee that services will be provided. Services are provided only if you are determined to be an appropriate candidate following clinical review and, where applicable, issuance of an individualized order by an authorized licensed clinician.

Southern Glow I.V. does not provide menu-based IV therapy without individualized clinical review. Requested services may be approved, modified, postponed, or declined based on clinical judgment, safety concerns, contraindications, incomplete information, abnormal screening findings, provider discretion, or applicable law.

Southern Glow I.V. and its licensed clinicians reserve the right to decline, stop, postpone, modify, or refer out services for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Medical ineligibility;

  • Contraindications;

  • Abnormal or concerning symptoms;

  • Unsafe vital signs;

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding considerations;

  • Allergies or medication concerns;

  • Inability to obtain informed consent;

  • Suspected emergency or urgent medical condition;

  • Unsafe service environment;

  • Client intoxication or impaired decision-making;

  • Incomplete intake or screening information;

  • Provider clinical judgment;

  • Requirements of applicable law or professional standards.

Payment or booking does not guarantee that services will be provided. If you are determined to be ineligible for service, Southern Glow I.V. may cancel or modify your appointment.

If the reviewing clinician determines that a requested infusion, injection, medication, vitamin/nutrient therapy, or wellness service is not appropriate, Southern Glow I.V. may cancel, reschedule, modify, or decline the service. You may be referred to urgent care, emergency care, primary care, specialist care, or another appropriate healthcare provider.

Southern Glow I.V. does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. Medical Provider Structure, Nurse Protocol, and Clinical Oversight

Southern Glow I.V. services are provided through a clinical structure involving licensed healthcare professionals acting within their respective scopes of practice.

Where services require a medical evaluation, prescription, medical treatment order, medication order, infusion order, injection order, or clinical determination, such services are reviewed, ordered, approved, directed, or performed by an authorized licensed clinician. This may include a Georgia-licensed physician, Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician Assistant acting within his or her legal scope of practice and applicable authority.

When a Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Registered Nurse serves as the ordering or reviewing clinician, the NP/APRN acts within Georgia law, applicable scope of practice, prescriptive authority, clinical training, certification, and, where required, a written nurse protocol agreement with a Georgia-licensed delegating physician.

Licensed nurses may administer IV hydration, nutrient therapies, injections, medications, or related services only after appropriate clinical review and an individualized order has been issued by an authorized clinician. Southern Glow I.V. does not rely on generic standing orders as a substitute for individualized client evaluation and clinical approval.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to interfere with, limit, or override the independent clinical judgment of any licensed clinician. Business, administrative, marketing, or non-clinical personnel do not direct diagnosis, treatment, prescription decisions, clinical eligibility decisions, or provider medical judgment.

Southern Glow I.V. reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when required by clinical judgment, applicable law, professional standards, safety concerns, incomplete information, or provider discretion.

Medical oversight information will be made available to the public where required by law, Board guidance, or applicable professional standards. Before publishing these Terms, complete the following if applicable to your active clinical structure:

  • Delegating / Designating / Supervising Physician: Dr. James Corley, MD

  • Clinical Oversight Clinician: Crystal Ciszek, NP/APRN

  • Contact method for medical oversight: 478-290-0677

5. Telehealth Review Consent

By booking services with Southern Glow I.V., you understand and agree that a telehealth or other clinical review may be required before services are provided.

Telehealth may involve communication by secure video, audio, telephone, electronic intake forms, electronic health records, messaging tools, or other technology-assisted methods. You understand that telehealth has limitations, including possible technology failures, incomplete information, communication issues, or the need for in-person evaluation.

You agree to provide accurate identifying information, your current physical location, contact information, medical history, medications, allergies, symptoms, and any other information requested by Southern Glow I.V. or the reviewing clinician.

You understand that the reviewing clinician may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for your situation and may require in-person care, urgent care, emergency care, primary care, specialist care, or another medical evaluation before services can be provided.

You understand that approval for Southern Glow I.V. services is not guaranteed. If you are not clinically appropriate for services, your appointment may be canceled, modified, postponed, or declined.

For emergencies, call 911 immediately.

6. No Emergency Medical Services

Southern Glow I.V. does not provide emergency medical care.

Our website, social media pages, booking platform, text messages, emails, and mobile IV services are not intended for emergencies or urgent medical conditions.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, loss of consciousness, symptoms of stroke, severe dehydration, uncontrolled vomiting, severe abdominal pain, severe headache, confusion, seizures, severe weakness, severe infection symptoms, pregnancy-related emergency symptoms, or any condition that may require immediate medical attention, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

Do not use Southern Glow I.V. services as a substitute for emergency care, urgent care, hospital care, primary care, specialist care, or treatment recommended by your healthcare provider.

7. Website Information Is Not Medical Advice

The information on our website, social media pages, advertisements, blogs, service descriptions, text messages, emails, booking pages, and other materials is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on our website or marketing materials should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, cure, prevention, guarantee, or individualized healthcare recommendation.

A provider-patient relationship is not created merely by visiting our website, viewing our content, messaging us, submitting a general inquiry, following us on social media, or reading information about our services.

A provider-patient or client-care relationship may be created only after appropriate intake, review, consent, acceptance for service, and clinical involvement as required by Southern Glow I.V. and applicable law.

8. Informed Consent

Before receiving services, you may be required to review and sign informed consent forms, treatment consent forms, telehealth consent forms, financial responsibility forms, privacy acknowledgments, or other documents.

These Terms and Conditions do not replace any separate informed consent, clinical consent, intake form, financial policy, privacy policy, or Notice of Privacy Practices.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a signed clinical consent or legally required notice, the signed clinical consent or legally required notice will control to the extent required by law.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Southern Glow I.V. makes no guarantee regarding any specific outcome, result, benefit, timeline, symptom improvement, wellness result, energy level, hydration level, recovery experience, cosmetic result, or health effect.

Individual responses vary. Services may not produce the same experience or result for every person. No service is guaranteed to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or resolve any disease, illness, condition, symptom, deficiency, or medical concern.

Testimonials, reviews, photos, social media comments, and client experiences reflect individual experiences only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will experience the same result.

10. Client Responsibilities

  • Adequate lighting;

  • Reasonable seating or space for service;

  • A safe environment free of hazards;

Southern Glow I.V. may cancel, reschedule, or leave an appointment if the provider determines that the location or circumstances are unsafe, unsanitary, inaccessible, inappropriate, or unsuitable for care. Cancellation or travel fees may apply if disclosed at booking or otherwise permitted by law.

12. Booking, Scheduling, and Availability

Appointments may be booked through our website, online scheduling platform, phone, email, text message, social media, or other approved booking method.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed. Southern Glow I.V. reserves the right to accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on availability, staffing, service area, weather, safety, traffic, clinical review, supply availability, or other operational needs.

Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for reviewing your appointment details, including service selected, date, time, location, phone number, price, and any special instructions.

13. Prices, Payment, and Fees

Prices are subject to change without notice unless otherwise stated in a confirmed booking, written quote, invoice, or signed agreement.

Payment may be required at booking, before service, at the time of service, or as otherwise stated. Southern Glow I.V. may use third-party payment processors to collect payments.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your booked services, including but not limited to service charges, travel fees, event fees, add-ons, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, late fees, and any other charges disclosed at booking or in writing.

You authorize Southern Glow I.V. and/or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for amounts owed.

Southern Glow I.V. is not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.

14. Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and Refunds

Southern Glow I.V. may maintain a cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, deposit, refund, or event payment policy. Any policy displayed at booking, included in an invoice, stated in an event agreement, or provided in writing is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Southern Glow I.V. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, no-show fee, travel fee, deposit, or other disclosed fee when an appointment is canceled late, the client is unavailable, the service address is incorrect, access is denied, the provider cannot safely perform services, or the client fails to complete required intake or clinical review.

Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been rendered, supplies have been prepared, staff have been dispatched, or appointment time has been reserved. If a refund is issued, it may be reduced by payment processing fees, travel fees, cancellation fees, deposits, or other amounts permitted by law and disclosed to the client.

If Southern Glow I.V. determines that you are not eligible for service after clinical review, Southern Glow I.V. may cancel or modify the appointment. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances, timing, disclosed policies, and applicable law.

Event hosts are responsible for providing accurate event details, safe space for service, access to participants, parking or loading instructions, and a suitable environment.

Each participant must complete required intake, screening, consent, and clinical review requirements before receiving services. A host may not consent to medical services on behalf of another adult participant unless legally authorized to do so.

Southern Glow I.V. may decline service to any participant who does not meet clinical criteria, cannot provide informed consent, appears impaired, provides incomplete health information, or presents a safety concern.

Event quotes, invoices, written agreements, or special event terms will control if they differ from these general Terms and Conditions.
